FAQ: Local, Regional, National, International Handling, Shipping, & Insurance

All works are professionally wrapped, packed, and/or crated using museum standards to the specific materials requirements and dimensions of an artwork. Arrangements can be made directly by the studio, or the collector may contact a professional art handling company of their choosing to schedule local transport and installation, or national and international shipments. Works for regional, national, and international transport can be shipped port-to-port directly from Seattle to, and received by a local arts services company for transport and installation in your area.

The purchase of works from this site are handled directly through the studio, or by the gallery representative you have contacted. To be sent a larger electronic image of the artwork under consideration, please contact the artist's studio, or the gallery representative with whom you are working. Larger electronic images can be sent online (up to 5 MB), and require a signed Rights and Reproductions contract provided by the studio. A loan of an artwork for consideration by the collector is available in special circumstances and by contract. Studio visits are available by appointment only.

Drawings and photographs are unframed. They are delivered in archival portfolio sheets; or, are shipped flat or rolled depending on the unique paper qualities. Drawings and photographs can be framed for you in which case they are float-mounted on Archival Museum Rag Board inside an archival mat. The gallery frame is to the artist's specifications for each unique work.

International shipments are handled exclusively by an arts services company for the purpose of International Customs and regulations specific to the shipment of art. International shipping fees will apply.
